Park Yoga for a Cause

Part of my passion for yoga is the opportunity it provides to be of service to the community, hence Park Yoga for a Cause. Every Monday we meet in the shaded area next to the Big Four Lawn on the waterfront for some yoga and meditation in order to raise money for a different local charity every month. We even had the honor of being Staffpicked by the LEO!

For the month of July, in partnership with MacDonald Wellness, we raised $312.25 for Change Today, Change Tomorrow, in August we raised $200 for Volunteers of America Mid-States and in September we raised $200 for From Heart to Hand. The October cause will be Waterfront Park.

Sliding Scale Memberships


Wellness should never be inaccessible because of price! Since we believe everyone can benefit from being rich in wellness, lower priced memberships are available on a sliding scale. Please see the Sign me Up! tab for more information on membership levels.
