Rich in Wellness

Here at Wellthy Vybes, our goal is to be rich in wellness of mind, body and soul. We look for various opportunities to bring yoga to the community in fun and unique ways, we love to share wellness tips and inspiration to our Facebook community and we strive to foster the building of connections! In the past we offered virtual classes via Zoom, however since we love to be out and about and feel the energy of being around others, we are not offering virtual classes at this time. If you have an idea or location for a unique yoga experience, please let us know!

2020 Park Yoga for a Cause

Part of my passion for yoga is the opportunity it provides to be of service to the community, hence Park Yoga for a Cause. Every Monday, through the end of October, we meet in the shaded area next to the Big Four Lawn on the waterfront for some yoga and meditation in order to raise money for a different local charity every month. We even had the honor of being Staffpicked by the LEO!

For the month of July, in partnership with MacDonald Wellness, we raised $312.25 for Change Today, Change Tomorrow, in August we raised $200 for Volunteers of America Mid-States, in September we raised $200 for From Heart to Hand and in October we raised $120 for Waterfront Park.
