Three virtual yoga classes offered weekly. No need to commute to a studio or worry about child care! Plus, each class will be offered as a recording, so if you can't make the live class, you can watch the recording at a convenient time. I currently offer a Gentle Yoga class plus Meditation and an Intentional Flow that focuses on the mind/body connection. Occasionally I will offer a Rage Yoga class, so check the schedule often!
Since the classes are virtual, they are no longer than 45 minutes. I know that I have a hard time taking an hour+ class online, so I feel like 45 minutes is the ideal class length.
In addition to the virtual classes, Wellthy Vybes will offer classes throughout the community. Park Yoga for a Cause at Waterfront Park, Rage SUP Yoga with Endless Summer Paddle and Hike & Flow at various parks within Louisville! Do you have an idea for a unique yoga class? Let us know!
